This short video shows the tirolessa sprayer being used to apply a papercrete stucco to a papercrete fence. The mix is a 1:1 ratio of newspaper to portland cement by dry weight. A large 60 gallon, 6HP, 230V air compressor is being used with 1/2 hose. A smaller air compressor would probably not be able to keep up.
