A little backyard snowmaking for my little snowpark. Temps were in the teens, and I was running a dual gun setup. Gun 1 was a BETE XAAD nuc, 4002, and 4003. Gun 2 was a SS 6507 nuc, 4002 and 4003. Ran 500PSI water (total 3.5GPM) and 90PSI Air on custom air and water setup. Total run time was 15.5 hours and 3050 gallons of water used.

This video shows the Ethanol Boosted System's two fuel tanks which represents the fuel storage requirements of the two fuels being utilized. The 600 gal diesel tank and 1000 gallon ethanol tank. Bob Dickey took a garden hose from the main-line irrigation water pressure & filled this ethanol tank half full! No kiddin. The other half was 200 Proof Ethanol. The engine ran so cool that one could literally feel the heat disappear standing close to the engine when the alcohol switch was turned on! (pre and post 50 hr test point). Listen to the engine, it actually ran 'quieter' and very smooth too! This video illustrates how the Ill-Conceived 'Air Nozzle Configuration'(first 50 hrs) was adapted....that didn't work so good....it damaged the Compressor Blades, so I moved the point of injection behind the turbo which fixed the problem & has been working just great ever since! Today, the computer I am using on this Summer 2008 Test, the EFC-1 is EXACTLY THE SAME COMPUTER I'M USING TODAY! note: at exactly 2:11 (2 mins, 11 seconds) into the video, this proprietary system 'EFC-1' - the ORIGIONAL one which today continues to undergo revisions and improvements to complete it's goal of successfully delivering a 'Dual-Fuel' Ethanol Boosted System that, "Uses Ethanol in Diesel Engines"!

This is a 1920 Stanley Steamer 735 that was re-bodied with a 1916 Woods Dual Power body sometime in the 20's. This car stands at an amazing 7' 3" tall. This was one of Barney Pollards car which he sold at one of his auctions in 1977. BJ Pollard is stamped into the front frame rail. I have the documentation from the auction. This car is a wonderful original example of an early marriage of chassis and body. The Condenser, hood and firewall are Stanley. The body and fenders are 1916 Woods Dual Power. The car has a real character to it, and it seats two (with a jump seat for a third passenger). The body is aluminum, fenders and hood steel. The wood in the car is perfect. 25" wheels with 35X5 tires. Just look at the size of this car. She's a runner with a forced air burner! When are you ready to start the car, you get in and pump up your fuel pressure with the hand pump which simultaneously pumps water in the boiler (close valve if water not needed). Once fuel pressure is up, you simply hit a switch on the column and your fired. Three actions happen when that switch is turned on. 1) Blower motor kicks on, 2) Ignition source kicks on, 3) Magnetic solenoid releases the fuel to the burner...fuel under pressure from pumping. Very similar to a home furnace. I am currently using a 2.5 gallon nozzle and burning Kerosene. There are a two pressure switches built into the system. One of them assures that at least 60lbs of fuel pressure is at the pressure switch before allowing the 3 ...
