This video shows the Ethanol Boosted System's two fuel tanks which represents the fuel storage requirements of the two fuels being utilized. The 600 gal diesel tank and 1000 gallon ethanol tank. Bob Dickey took a garden hose from the main-line irrigation water pressure & filled this ethanol tank half full! No kiddin. The other half was 200 Proof Ethanol. The engine ran so cool that one could literally feel the heat disappear standing close to the engine when the alcohol switch was turned on! (pre and post 50 hr test point). Listen to the engine, it actually ran 'quieter' and very smooth too! This video illustrates how the Ill-Conceived 'Air Nozzle Configuration'(first 50 hrs) was adapted....that didn't work so good....it damaged the Compressor Blades, so I moved the point of injection behind the turbo which fixed the problem & has been working just great ever since! Today, the computer I am using on this Summer 2008 Test, the EFC-1 is EXACTLY THE SAME COMPUTER I'M USING TODAY! note: at exactly 2:11 (2 mins, 11 seconds) into the video, this proprietary system 'EFC-1' - the ORIGIONAL one which today continues to undergo revisions and improvements to complete it's goal of successfully delivering a 'Dual-Fuel' Ethanol Boosted System that, "Uses Ethanol in Diesel Engines"!
